awareness rising, study and guidance
It consists in making aware and activating the local actors and companies in the recognition of the potentialities and the professionalisms of the senior workers. It expects:
Senior workers' Observatory: identification of reference target with which to start the experimentation
Work Attractiveness: study and analysis of the interventions to be adopted to stimulate to work senior workers
Vocational Guidance: building of custom-made, flexible paths of guidance and motivation expressly studied for the reference target.
The 120 final beneficiaries, senior, unemployed and/or of risk of exclusion from the labour market males/females, at the end of the vocational guidance paths will be able to choose among the various training experiences of the subsequent phase: vocational training (formal, not formal, informal), work insertions, intergenerational enterprise incubator.
